Shipping Policy
At MazzQuilts, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for details regarding order processing, delivery times, and other important information.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
- Custom orders, such as personalized or handmade items (e.g., quilts or winter robes), may take 2-6 weeks to prepare before shipping.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer shipping to domestic, GCC, and international destinations. Rates and delivery times are as follows:
Domestic (UAE): For fabric purchases, delivery takes 1-5 business days. For quilts, please allow up to 2 weeks for production, and 1-2 week for blankets and baby-related items.
GCC: Fabric orders take about a week to arrive. Custom quilt and blanket orders follow the same production timelines as domestic orders.
International: Delivery times for international orders vary based on your location. For quilts and blankets, production time is 2 weeks for quilts and 1 week for blankets, with shipping times depending on the destination.
Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can track your package using the link provided or directly on the courier’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for any additional charges applied during or after shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain fabrics or materials may have restrictions for international shipping. We will notify you if an issue arises.
Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mazzquilts.com or at +971 54 244 7474 with your order number and photos of the damage.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
- Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.
