Yes. Every quilt and blanket is cut, pieced and finished by hand in our Dubai studio, and quilted on our longarm machine. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly alike.

Yes, it's what we love most. We can add names, choose colours and fabrics, and adjust sizes and details. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have in mind and we'll guide you.

Custom pieces are made to order and usually take 7–14 working days, depending on the design and our studio schedule. If you need it for a date, such as a birth or Eid, tell us when you order and we'll let you know if we can make it in time.

Each piece takes hours of handwork, uses premium quilting fabrics from houses like Liberty London, Moda, Riley Blake and Art Gallery Fabrics, and is finished with care to last for years. You're paying for craftsmanship and a piece that's made to be kept.

Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water, then air dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents to keep the colours bright.

Our fabric is sold in half-metre (0.5 m) units. The quantity you choose is the number of half metres, so a quantity of 3 = 1.5 m. Lengths are cut as one continuous piece.

No. We stock Liberty Lasenby cotton, Liberty's quilting-weight fabric. It's slightly thicker and sturdier than Tana Lawn, which is a fine, silky dressmaking cotton. Lasenby is made for patchwork, quilts, cushions and bags.

They're all solid-colour quilting cottons. The names are the ranges of different brands, so choose by colour and the brand you prefer.

We photograph our fabrics as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on screen depending on lighting and your display settings. If you're matching a colour, message us and we can send a photo in daylight.

Cool machine wash and avoid tumble drying. We recommend pre-washing if you're mixing fabrics from different brands in one project.

Within the UAE, delivery takes up to 5 business days. International orders take up to 14 business days, and occasionally longer because of customs or courier delays. Made-to-order and personalised pieces need extra time to be made first.

Yes. Delivery within Dubai is free on orders over AED 3,000. Orders elsewhere in the UAE and international orders are charged shipping at checkout.

Because our pieces are handmade, and fabric is cut to order, all sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges for defective items. If something isn't right, contact us straight away with photos of the issue.

If your order didn't have free shipping, the customer covers all shipping costs, including the return. If your order had free shipping, the customer covers only the return shipping.

Personalised pieces and fabric cut to your length can't be returned unless they're defective, as they're made specially for you.

We accept major cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure checkout.

Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, and payments are processed to PCI-DSS standards, the security standard set by the major card networks. We never see or store your full card details.
